Club PKR Terms and Conditions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions will help you follow the rest of the document without ambiguity.

• "Platform" means the Club PKR website, mobile site and any associated applications through which gaming services are accessed.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered a Club PKR account and is using the platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a player to access Club PKR services.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback or incentive offered by Club PKR to a player's bonus wallet.
• "PKR Wallet" means the real-money balance held in your Club PKR account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager using a bonus before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• "VIP Programme" means the Club PKR loyalty system comprising Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers with associated benefits.

To use Club PKR's gaming and wagering services, you must register an account. Registration is free and available to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.

• Each player is permitted only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. Club PKR is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate registration details.
• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Club PKR support immediately.
• Club PKR may, at any time, request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Accounts may not be transferred to, sold to or used by any third party under any circumstances.

Club PKR is strictly an adult platform. Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older are permitted to register and use the platform.

During registration, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Club PKR reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any point. Where age verification cannot be completed to Club PKR's satisfaction, access to the account will be suspended and any balance held pending further review.

Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in full. Club PKR takes its responsibility regarding underage gambling seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory or parental inquiry relating to underage account usage.

All deposits on Club PKR are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. Club PKR does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of a third party — the payment method used must belong to the account holder.

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though Club PKR may impose limits on individual accounts at its discretion.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically clear within 60 seconds. Raast and bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on the sending institution. Card deposits clear immediately in most cases.
• Club PKR does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — these are entirely outside Club PKR's control.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once are not eligible for direct withdrawal as a method of currency exchange or money transfer. Club PKR is a gaming platform, not a financial intermediary.
• In the event of a failed or pending deposit, do not attempt the same transaction multiple times without first contacting support. Duplicate charges arising from repeated attempts are the player's responsibility to resolve with their payment provider.

Withdrawals from Club PKR are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Club PKR processes withdrawal requests in PKR only.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. There is no platform-level maximum withdrawal limit, though individual accounts may have limits applied based on verification status or VIP tier.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours for verified accounts. Gold VIP members receive processing within 4 hours. Platinum members within 1 hour. Diamond VIP members receive instant withdrawal processing.
• Before your first withdrawal, identity verification is required. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid national identity document (CNIC) and proof of your payment method. This is a one-time process for most accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. Club PKR reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms.
• Any active bonus balance attached to your account at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited if you choose to withdraw before meeting the associated wagering requirement.

Club PKR offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket-season promotions, free spin campaigns and VIP cashback. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out below as well as any additional conditions stated on the individual promotion page.

• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of PKR 25,000 before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet, not your real-money PKR wallet. Winnings generated from bonus wagers are held in the bonus wallet until wagering requirements are met, at which point they transfer to your real-money wallet.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds expire after 30 days from the date of crediting if wagering requirements have not been completed within that period.
• Club PKR reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, the existing bonus balance and any completed wagering progress will be honoured.
• Cricket-season promotions — including PSL and T20 international events — are time-limited and subject to match schedules. If a qualifying match is abandoned or postponed, the associated bonus event will be reviewed and resolved at Club PKR's discretion.

The Club PKR VIP Programme rewards loyal players across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity over a rolling 30-day period. Each tier unlocks progressively better cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing and additional personalised benefits.

• Loyalty points are earned automatically on every qualifying wager placed with real-money funds. Wagers placed with bonus funds do not contribute to loyalty point accumulation.
• Accumulated loyalty points can be converted to PKR bonus credit at a rate confirmed in your account dashboard. Converted points are credited as bonus funds and subject to standard wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.
• Cashback is calculated weekly based on net losses from real-money wagers. Cashback is credited every Monday and is subject to a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Tier maintenance requires a minimum wagering activity level within each rolling 30-day window. Players who fall below the required threshold for their current tier will be reviewed and may be moved to the appropriate lower tier.
• Platinum and Diamond members are assigned a dedicated account manager. Queries routed through a dedicated manager are handled separately from the standard support queue and are subject to extended hours of availability.
• Club PKR reserves the right to revise tier thresholds, cashback rates and loyalty point conversion rates with at least 7 days' advance notice to active VIP members.

All games available on Club PKR — including slots, live casino, fish games, bingo, slot games and sports betting — are subject to their individual game rules in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless the game rules specifically state otherwise.

• All game outcomes on Club PKR are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Club PKR does not manipulate game results in favour of the house beyond the published RTP (return to player) rates for each game.
• Any technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game — such as a disconnection during a live casino round — will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state recorded by Club PKR's servers. The server record is the definitive record in all disputes.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is confirmed and a bet ID has been issued, the odds are locked. Bets placed on suspended or incorrectly priced markets may be voided.
• In-play betting on cricket, football and esports markets is available on selected events. Club PKR reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings from a single bet or game session that appear to result from a system error, pricing error or software fault are not payable. Club PKR will void the relevant wager and return the staked amount to the player's wallet.

Club PKR believes that gaming should always be a form of entertainment — not a way to earn a living, recover financial losses or deal with personal stress. We provide several tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

• Deposit Caps: Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit from your account settings. Once a cap is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit caps require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Limits: Configure a maximum session duration. When your session reaches the limit, you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (7, 30 or 90 days) or permanent self-exclusion through account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours. During an active exclusion, Club PKR will not send you any promotional communications.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net win/loss for the current session.

Club PKR collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Club PKR collects the information you provide at registration, transaction records, device and browser data, and gameplay activity. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, detect fraud, personalise promotions and improve the platform experience.

Your personal data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, card networks), fraud prevention systems and, where legally required, with competent authorities. The following actions are strictly prohibited on Club PKR. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one account on Club PKR under any name, device or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes or system glitches to generate winnings — commonly referred to as "bug abuse" or "exploit gaming".
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including coordinated sports betting activity intended to guarantee a payout regardless of result.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after making a deposit to Club PKR, whether through a card issuer, mobile wallet or bank.
• Using Club PKR for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime activity.
• Providing false identity information, forged documents or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.

Club PKR provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain consistent uptime and game performance, Club PKR does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary downtime, maintenance periods or technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

Club PKR is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses — including loss of data, loss of opportunity or loss of profits — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if Club PKR has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Club PKR's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Club PKR reserves the right to update, revise or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights, payment terms, bonus conditions or VIP benefits — Club PKR will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the registered account address and via an on-platform notification.

Minor clarifications, corrections of typographical errors or changes that do not materially affect player rights may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of Club PKR after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you are entitled to close your account and withdraw your real-money balance before the amendment comes into effect.
